All MOTIKOM products come with a limited 7-day warranty based on your product when shopping on MOTIKOM Online Store. Repair service will be provided for your product during the effective warranty period.
The warranty period starts from the signed date of your shipment include return shipping time and repair period. The duration for inspection and repair of a product can take up to 3-6 weeks.

MOTIKOM is committed to provide quality products to our customers. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us the order number & the product condition within 7 days after receipt of the goods. Our Customer Service Team will support you on that.

Customers are required to provide detailed description, photos and/or videos to show the product condition. Your returns will not be accepted if insufficient information provided. We only accept returns of goods if they are defective or damaged within 7 days after receipt of the goods.
Address for return will be provided once we accept your returns. Customers are required to pay for return shipping costs. We will check the goods after we receive the returns. Refund will be issued after defect is confirmed.

MOTIKOM warrants your product against defects in materials and workmanship when used normally in accordance with MOTIKOM published guidelines. The warranty is valid from the signed date of your shipment for a period of 7 days. Repair service will be provided for your product during the effective warranty period.
This warranty does not apply to: (a) consumable parts, such as batteries; (b) cosmetic damage; (c) damage caused by use with unauthorized third party components; (d) damage caused by operating the product outside MOTIKOM published guidelines; (e) defects caused by normal wear and tear; (f) damage caused by service (including but not limited to repair, modification and customization) performed by anyone who is not a representative of MOTIKOM.
For warranty service on covered defects during the warranty period, please contact MOTIKOM at cs@motikom.com. You may be required to provide proof of purchase (either in the form of receive or sale invoice) before receiving the warranty service.
The customer agrees to insure the Product or assume the risk of loss or damage in transit, to prepay shipping charges to MOTIKOM, and to use the original shipping container or equivalent.
This warranty covers the product only. Any limitations of liability in this warranty document shall not apply to death or personal injury caused.
MOTIKOM reserves the right of final decision in case of any disputes arising from the warranty.7
