Order
Order Status
If your order is successful, Motikom will send you a confirmation email. Please provide a valid email address when placing the order to get the latest order status updates.
- Pending Payment: An order has been placed but not yet paid or payment has failed. Our system will automatically cancel all Pending Payment orders over 60 minutes and the order status will change to Cancelled.
- Processing: Your payment successful, the order under At this stage, you cannot change the order information.
- Ready to Ship: Your order has been fulfilled.
- Shipped: Your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
- Completed: Your order was signed and delivered.
- Cancelled: Your order has been cancelled by our system due to payment failure or you have made return request and it is accepted by us.
- Refunded: Your order has been completed refund process.
Tracking Order
Please select Login / Signup, then enter your Email and Password, and you can click (Hello, User Name) to navigate the Orders History page to review your order details.
Modification of Order
If the order status is Pending Payment, we suggest placing a new order with the correct information. If the order status is Processing, no modification can be made. If you need any further assistance, please contact our Customer Service team at cs@motikom.com.
Cancel Order
If the order status is Pending Payment, our system will automatically cancel the order after 60 minutes. If the order status is Processing, the order cannot be cancelled. If you need any further assistance, please contact our Customer Service team at cs@motikom.com.

Dispatch time
We will dispatch your order from our warehouse within 2-5 working days. Extra time may be needed for order verification at peak seasons and public holidays.

Delivery Time

Delivery Details
- Your order will be delivered by FedEx to the address that you provided.
- Once your order is dispatched from the warehouse, our system will send you a “Shipment Confirmation Email” with the FedEx Tracking number of your order. You can track the shipment status by entering the tracking number on the FedEx website. (Please click fedex.com check the shipment status)
- To ensure FedEx can contact you smoothly, kindly double confirm the mobile number that you submitted is correct and up-to-date.
- If you want to modify your delivery information (e.g. address, contact person, contact number etc.) after fulfillment, USD 15 Address Correction Fee will be charged per order.
- If FedEx cannot contact you twice consecutively, the order will be returned to our warehouse and cancelled automatically.
- Hong Kong Delivery (Home Delivery or Pick up at SF Store)
Delivery Charge
- Free Shipping with net purchase (after discount) of USD 99 or above
- For order less than USD 99, the delivery charge is USD 6 per order

Delivery Details
- Your order will be delivered by SF Express to the address that you specified.
- Once your order is dispatched from the warehouse, our system will send you a “Shipment Confirmation Email” with SF Express waybill number of your order. You can track your order by entering the waybill number on SF Express website (Please click here sf-express.com check the shipment status).
- To ensure SF Express can contact you smoothly, kindly double confirm the mobile number that you submitted is correct and up-to-date.
- Once your order is delivered to the designated SF Store, SF Express will send you an SMS for order pickup.
- When you pick up your order at SF Store, you may need to show the SMS to SF staff for verification purposes.
- Please note that you need to pick up your order within 3 days after receiving the SMS from SF Express. Overdue orders will be collected by SF Express. For rescheduling of pickup, you may contact SF Express’s Customer Hotline.

Taxes and Duties
Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and items on the Order Summary page. Please select the correct location of delivery to view the local market pricing, delivery times and shipping costs.
We ship to the destination on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the product price.
